Information we collect

Only what you submit: name, email address, phone number and country code, product name, quantity, stream, reference number, messages, notes and any files you attach, through our Contact, Import & Export, Education, Graphic Design and Newsletter forms. A timestamp and the page you submitted from are recorded.

How we use it

To reply to your request, provide quotations or services, and send newsletter updates if you subscribed. We do not sell your information.

Google Sheets and Google Drive

Submissions are stored in Google Sheets and attached files in Google Drive, using a Google Apps Script controlled by us. Access is limited to authorised staff. Google processes this data under its own terms.

Cookies, analytics and Cloudflare

See our Cookie Policy. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes technical data such as IP address to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used for spam protection, and Cloudflare Zaraz only if enabled by us. Appointments use an embedded Calendly calendar, which processes the details you enter there under Calendly's privacy policy.

Retention and security

We keep submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. Forms are validated, uploads are restricted by type and size, and files are kept in private Drive folders. No method of transmission is completely secure.
